UCR (Unified Carrier Registration) — annual federal fee которое interstate motor carriers, brokers, и freight forwarders должны платить через UCR Plan — соглашение между 41 штатом + DC. Был установлен Unified Carrier Registration Act 2005 (49 USC §14504a) чтобы заменить старую single-state registration system.
