  1. Go to ucr.gov (official UCR Plan website).

FAQ

Нужно ли UCR если я только intrastate carrier?

Зависит от штата. Если интrastate в non-participating штате (FL, AZ, etc.) — не обязательно. Если интrastate в participating штате — может быть требуется state version (CA имеет CA Carrier ID otherwise). Best advice: даже intrastate carriers рекомендуют UCR если когда-либо crossing state lines.

Нужно ли UCR для brokers без vehicles?

Да. Brokers с MC Broker Authority платят base fee $59 в 0-2 vehicle category. Same enforcement в participating штатах.

Что если company sold mid-year?

UCR follows company entity, not operating carrier. Buyer наследует UCR coverage до December 31 если same USDOT. Если new USDOT (full transfer of authority с new MC), buyer должен file separately.

UCR refundable if MC revoked?
