1–2 business days: we file your Broker Authority application through FMCSA Motus and walk you through Login.gov identity verification (government ID + face scan — we guide every step; the system is brand new and picky).
In parallel: BMC-84 quotes from several surety providers based on your credit — we pick the cheapest bond.
After the FMCSA protest period: we file the BMC-84 and BOC-3 — your authority goes ACTIVE. The whole journey usually takes 1–3 weeks.
