TruckerNavi Inc ("TruckerNavi", "we", "us", or "our") operates the TruckerNavi mobile application and the truckernavi.com website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

• Business Information: MC number, DOT number, business name, and other trucking-related identifiers you provide.

• Chat Data: Messages you send through our AI chat features (TruckerMind, InsureAI) are processed to provide responses. Chat history may be stored to improve your experience.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including device type, operating system, and app usage patterns.
• Social Login Data: When you sign in using third-party providers (Apple, Facebook/Meta), we receive your name, email address, and account identifier from those platforms.
• Advertising Identifiers: With your consent, we collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalized advertising and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your insurance quote requests and connect you with insurance providers
• Analyze documents you upload and provide AI-powered insights
• Provide AI chat support for trucking-related questions
• Send you important notifications about your account or our services
• Respond to your requests, comments, or questions
• Protect against fraud and ensure the security of our Service
• Deliver personalized advertising through Meta (Facebook) and other advertising platforms
• Create Custom Audiences for targeted marketing of trucking-related services
• Measure advertising performance and campaign effectiveness

3. Insurance Lead Information

When you submit an insurance quote request, your name, phone number, and insurance type preference are shared with our insurance partners to provide you with quotes. By submitting the quote request form, you consent to being contacted by phone or text message regarding insurance options.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We use Supabase for data storage, which provides enterprise-grade security including:

• Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL)
• Row-level security policies
• Regular security audits

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Insurance Partners: When you request an insurance quote, we share your contact information and insurance preferences with our insurance partners.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services (cloud hosting, AI processing) that may process your data on our behalf, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Advertising Partners: With your consent, we share hashed user data (email, user identifiers) with Meta (Facebook) for targeted advertising through Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences. This data is used to show you relevant ads for trucking services and offers.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. Advertising & Targeted Marketing

We use data collected through our Service to deliver personalized advertising and improve our marketing efforts. This includes:

• Social Login Data: When you sign in using Facebook (Meta) or Apple, we collect your name, email address, and unique user identifier provided by the platform.
• Device Advertising Identifier (IDFA): With your explicit consent (via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), we collect your device's advertising identifier to measure ad performance and create targeted advertising audiences.
• Custom Audiences: We may share hashed email addresses and user identifiers with Meta (Facebook) to create Custom Audiences for targeted advertising. This allows us to show relevant ads for trucking services, insurance offers, and other products relevant to truckers.
• Analytics: We use aggregated and anonymized usage data to understand how our Service is used, optimize our advertising campaigns, and improve the user experience.

Your Consent: Before collecting data for advertising purposes, we will ask for your explicit consent through an in-app consent screen. You may also be prompted by Apple's App Tracking Transparency dialog. You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device's Settings app under Privacy > Tracking.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
