These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TruckerNavi mobile application and the truckernavi.com website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by TruckerNavi Inc ("TruckerNavi", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional legal, financial, medical, or insurance advice. You should always consult qualified professionals before making important decisions based on information provided by the Service.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You use AI features at your own risk.
TruckerNavi is not an insurance company or broker. Our insurance feature connects you with third-party insurance providers. We do not underwrite, sell, or guarantee any insurance products. Any insurance quotes or coverage are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance providers. By submitting an insurance quote request, you consent to being contacted by insurance partners by phone or text message.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (documents, images, messages). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share your uploaded documents with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is the property of TruckerNavi Inc and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section of the app. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKERNAVI INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruckerNavi Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, NY.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
